EXPO DVD: A Structure Checklist: How to Plug the Holes in Your Script

The following example shows the top sheet of Studio-style Coverage.  This form, with slight variations, is used by all the major studios in Hollywood.  It's accompanied by a synopsis and a comment (shown on the next two pages; click on the buttons at the bottom).  The information on this top sheet is crucial.  If your script doesn't score high on the rating grid, the executive may decide not to read any further.
